Murray is a CFA Charterholder with over 20 years of experience in financial markets. His career includes senior roles within multiple tier 1 global investment banks, including serving as Chief Operating Officer, FID Sales and Director in the Rates Sales and Trading business .

This experience provides first-hand insight into how client coverage, distribution, and trading businesses operate and how commercial performance is generated within complex financial institutions.

As founder of Proton Global, Murray works closely with clients on the identification and assessment of professionals responsible for client coverage, capital origination, and commercial leadership.

Jessica Welch

Jessica has over 16 years of experience in financial services recruitment, specialising in multiple functions across financial institutions.

During this time she has developed a disciplined and highly effective talent identification process, combining structured market mapping with targeted engagement and data-driven insights to access professionals who are rarely active in the market.
